iOS access to the web browser

Hi

Is there a way to access the "contents" of the browser and programming then= ITs seems there is no API to access to the DOM neither to save the web pages in the devide

I just see functions on instantiate the control and to open one URL

I was wondering if i could "save for offline" watching
