Accessing a Windows Computer from my mac

I have a macbook pro running leopard. I want to know if theres anyway i can access a windows (xp & vista) computer ad view its screen and control it. I've seen this done from a mac to a mac using screensharing.

I need something simple as i am trying to setup computers around the country for people who aren't too tech savvy. I need something where i send them a link and they accept. I had a norton tech one time access my computer like this?😕

Have you looked at Logmein.com I use this to access my desktop which is a Hp from my MBP when I am away from home.
