Accessing computer through mobile me after account is deleted

I'm wondering if it is possible for someone to access my computer after their user account on the computer has been deleted. My ex-boyfriend had an account synced to my macbook pro, but I deleted him as a user on my computer after we broke up. He's a bit petty, so I'm a bit worried. Can he still access my computer at all after I deleted the user account?
