Accessing Files From PC to Mac

I followed the forum's guide to networking and everything went quite smoothly. I can access files from my Mac to PC no problem but vice versa I have to enter name/password. I don't know what password its asking for...

Should be your account password - the one you log onto the Mac with.

nevermind it works i just didnt' read teh networking guid thoroughly. I forgot to enable account
