Accessing shared drives

Hello,

I am new to the forum and looking for some help with an issue I am experiencing. I have several shared drives on a Windows XP machine that I am accessing from my MacBook Pro. Two of the drives I can access with no problem, but the other two I can see in Finder just fine, but when I try to open them I receive the following message:

"The operation cannot be completed because the original item for "XXX" cannot be found.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
