Do you have a Japanese dollar store like Daiso in your area?
Places like that stock small clear polypropylene compartmentalized organizer boxes. Stock fluctuates, and the better suited ones may not always be on the shelf, but I find they work well for organizing that kind of stuff.
Can also be taken on the road when traveling. I carry one that contains a wall adapter, and all the charging cables, and another with smaller items like earphones, extra tips, ear plugs, SIM tool, and such. Only $1.50 each.
Alternatively, fishing tackle boxes from Plano, etc. are similar, and can be found at Walmart and such. Same general idea.
