I accidentally deleted the new ichat from leopard. I've tried to get it back using time machine but it doesn't work. How can I re-install it?

You should be able to reinstall it from your system disk. In what way did Time Machine not work? How did you go about trying to restore it?

I used pacifier app. I opened time machine, went to most recent back up, and tried to copy the app or restore it, but wouldn't work. all working now though.

Why didn't you just launch Time Machine and zoom through Time to find it.
