This is my first time posting here and I really really need your help, I was trying to delete all my files and data in my macbook but I stupidly deleted macintosh and now when I open it, it just shows this white folder with a question mark on it. I don't know what to do

Did you back it up? Do you have a Time Machine?

Restart the Mac and hold the option key down when the pinwheel starts. Select the disk utility. Tell us what options you see.

That won't even catch everything because of all the files in ~/Library/. Next time create a new user account, then delete your old account and click the option to delete the user folder. Or, reboot with command-R, erase the drive, and reinstall Mac OS.
