Accidentally deleted OS X default unit converter...

i deleted the default unit converter that ships with macs as part os os x in the dashboard.. and now i want to reinstall it but i can't find it anywhere and don't know where to download it from. where can i download it or get it back?

Go to dashboard...click the + in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Re-add it.

that linked worked out well but the measurements are not accurate, how can i fix that?

Nothing. That's the site that the dashboard widget gets the data from. I figured there might be a firewall or something preventing that site from being accessed. Any other theories?

Currency exchange is provided by yahoo finance. I'm guessing he was checking to see if your system could access this information.

mv ~/Library/Widgets/Unit\ Converter.wdgt/ /Library/Widgets

Same problem here. Had to download another currency converter, as the yahoo finance info is messed up for almost 2 months...
