I accidentally emptied the Mobile Applications folder on my macbook, its the folder where all the apps are backed up in. Now I still have the apps on my phone but now my itunes is giving me error messages because it can no longer find the .ipa files in the hard disk.

Is there a simple way for me to replace the .ipa files?

Just redownload them, go to iTunes Store, go to Purchases and either click "download all" or select the Apps yo want to download.

I accidentally deleted the contents of my Mobile Applications folder. So I went into iTunes (ver. 12.3.1.23), went to the applications tab (not within my connected iPhone) and updated my applications, and it downloaded all the apps again and put them back into my mobile applications folder.
