Not sure if this is the appropriate place to put this. I was trying to partition more of my hard drive over to bootcamp, and I somehow accidentally disabled Bootcamp. If I go to my disk utility app, it's still there with it's original allocated hard drive space, but it says it is disabled. When I restart my computer holding down the option key, it only gives me the option to start up in OS X.

Anyone heard of this or would know how to get my bootcamp working again?

Thanks in advance!

I suspect you destroyed the Windows boot sector when you tried to enlarge your Boot Camp partition. The only safe way to do that is to use a third party application called "CampTune" from Paragon Software ($19.95) or you could use WinClone to make an image of your Windows partition first. You didn't mention the version of Windows you have but you might be able to do a repair of the boot sector following the Microsoft instructions. But more than likely, you'll probably need to reinstall Boot Camp and Windows again.

What did you end up doing? I ran into the same problem.
