Accidentally erased bootcamp partition

I was trying to format a 8 GB flashdrive named bootcamp with disk utility. Instead, I erased a 150 GB partition containing my windows installation? Is there any hope of getting it back? Or must I start over from scratch? Currently it's formatted as MacOSX Journaled.

There's no critical data-- just many many gigabytes of software which I'm not keen on downloading again.

Yeah. I figured as much. I'm really glad that I didn't have important data to lose, but it would have been nice if Disk Utility had warned me more forcefully.
