Did anyone else do this on accident through iPhone for life? Didn't realize it til the next day and had to cancel the order and re do it. Still said it would shop by the 19th but, who knows. The check box is so small that its super easy to miss! Or I am a complete dork...

Yeah, it is a drop down where you select how you want to pay for it. I had issues and had to do a lot of back and forth and refreshing and it must have reset... I just was curios if I was the only one! :)

Apparently you didn't do much reading because there's more than just that one drop down menu to show that you're leasing a phone.

For instance- the 4 page LEASE AGREEMENT you have to sign just to be able to complete the order.

There's like three or four times during the process where it tells you explicitly you are LEASING a phone and NOT purchasing it.

Damn homie...

Maybe is he was like sleep walking when he leased the phone #

at 3 am, yeah a bit. The pages were barely loading and at times not even all the text was on the screen, the pages wouldn't completely load. I had my confirmation before I had seen anyone else's. There was no real clear statement that it was iPhone for life, just that it was supposed to be $25 a month. I wonder if I got through too early and there were some glitches? Who knows, I could just have been half asleep... :)

When I called Sprint, the first guy couldn't answer me whether it was a lease or a purchase. They didn't even have it listed on their end. They called around and talked to several people in the office and they couldn't tell me. I had to wait til the next day and then still didn't get a clear answer. So I cancelled the order because it didn't all make any sense.

You are mistaken. The lease just has to be accessed, not signed. There is a check box, which now I know, is identical as the purchase one. It does not clearly state anywhere that it is a lease, at least it didn't for me when I preordered. I got in so quickly that I had my confirmation before ANYONE on MR was even posting they were in. The next day Multiple sprint reps couldn't tell me whether it was a lease or purchase!

I never even knew such an option existed.
