Accidentally opened a zip file, virus?

Hi guys,

I hope you can help me out. Today I accidentally opened a zip file which I thought was a zip file from a client of mine. After I opened the file I found out that it contains a virus. I did a scan on Virustotal and this result came out:

Trojan/Generic.ASVCS3S.3F3

Do I have to worry?

It's a virus but it only affects Windows. No need for concern.
