accidentally removed /var/db, please help to recover

Hello,

After removal of /var/db directory, the system is unbootable. However i can boot from RecoverHD partition. Is there a way to recover without reinstalling OS?

It seems that problem is in BootCacheControl, I moved /System/Library/Extensions/BootCache.kext to other location, but it didn't help

Unless you have a backup of your installation somewhere, you'll have to reinstall Mac OS X.

Yes... just option key boot your machine and select the TM drive to boot from then restore.
