Accidently Deleted Files From Trash

I accidently deleted important files from the trash is there any way at all to get them back? I did the Empty Trash not Secure Empty Trash

If you just emptied the trash, but not secure, the programs like Disk Warrior can sometimes recover it. The data hasn't been erased, just the file name marked deleted and the space returned to the pool. However, if you've written to the disk since, the chances go down.

DiskWarrior isn't a recovery program, is it? Data Rescue II is what you want. No program is going to do this [reliably] for free, so don't bother asking for a free version. DRII lets you see if tehre are files you can recover without paying, though.
