According to DriveDx, my 1TB Transcend JetDrive 850 SSD has 361 media and data integrity errors. How concerned should I be?

This is the main drive in my MacBookPro12,1.
Hoping the drive experts here on MR can tell me more.
Perhaps, when possible, what can be done in order to rectify 😀
