Account confirmation email

Hi,

Has anyone had problems receiving the account confirmation email for MacRumors? The email address I used to register is an alias that forwards mail to another mailbox.

I think the issue may be with the domain name provider's email forwarding service which is blocking emails from MacRumors.

I've now switched to using a temporary email as I was unable to confirm the other one.

I contacted MacRumors and received an automated response from the support email, so it's just the account confirmation emails that are not coming through.

I think the problem was that MacRumors wasn't accepting the email address I was initially using.

mac@example.com doesn't work.
xyz@example.com works.

I'm not sure if that's by design, or a bug.
