So. Had a security breach. Their fault my fault doesn’t matter. This was 3 days ago. Got everything fix with Apple. Passwords changed. Upgraded iPad Pro and everything migrated fine.
This morning I found my iTunes and App Store locked. Says permanently disabled due to breach of terms. Wouldn’t say why. No appeals.
Created a new account for Apps and media. iTunes works for me but none of the people on my family.
App updates won’t work at all despite the new account. Can’t transfer purchases because the account is locked.
Gotta call again. Completely at a loss.
