account lost data (apps, music, etc)

Hello

i had to change the email of my account, due to unable to verify, after it got disabled for unknown reasons.

I went to download update apps on my iPhone, and can't due to not being brought in the first place, meaning I have to re-buy them, including movies, music and any thing else you use for iTunes/apps

Any ideas how I can get this fixed?

Since it is somehow a purchase and money related issue I would recommend that you contact apple support asap.
