I've lost access to my laptop and my iphone (both stolen) and so consequently can't log in to my icloud account as I have two-factor authentication enabled. I thought I was screwed until I found this document (https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT204921) on the Apple Support site.
However I cannot find an option for 'request account recovery' ANYWHERE! Can anybody help? 🙂
