All is correct , except I forgot to say, that, the person from apple, has reported the fault to the engineers who he says haven't got back to him yet and it was that he that told me that there's a problem with my account but didn't offer any advise other than I can't transfer the info to a new ID after i asked him. PS My iPhone crashes in as much as, when I tap cloud in settings it goes to the cloud options but about a second later , returns automatically to the Home Screen
