ACD at the same time as Mac Pro?

Are we likely to see both a new ACD at the same time as the possible Mac Pro release? It would be a pain to have to buy a, possibly soon be be phased out ACD, just to use my first Mac Pro! What is apple's track record with these things? Thanks guys 🙂
