I might be buying(in the future) the Acer Aspire Switch 11(with I5 Core) to replace my Windows 8 tablet Acer Iconia W700(I5 Core) because it is lighter, thinner, and has a keyboad dock(with trackpad) and it has a extra/built in battery inside the keyboard dock as well. 🙂


So When is Acer going to release the Acer Aspire Switch 11 with I5 Core CPU? As they released the I3 Core version.

I am interested in the Acer Aspire Switch 11 and it be great replacement for my current Windows 8 tablet Acer Iconia W700(I5 Core). 🙂

No idea when it will be released.

Just a word of warning - I used the Switch 10 for a few days. The keyboard was so light compared to the tablet that you could only push the screen back a small distance before it toppled backwards. This inflexibility was irritating.

If the Switch 11 has a battery in the keyboard, this might not be an issue. But it's worth checking.
