I need help ASAP.
iIs there ANY way to access windows files on my mac (It was in bootcamp) from the mac side.

My friend accidentally removed windows XP from his computer and needs a file he saved over there.

He is asking for my copy of Leopard as he threw his out.....
Is it still illegal if he HAD leopard?

Er... Fat32 or NTFS... in both cases the Win partition should be at least readable by Mac OS X!!

I second Apple Ink; yes, you should be able to read from your Boot Camp partition. Copy the file onto a USB stick and you're good to go.

If your Leopard copy came bundled with your Mac, and his is not the same model, then it wouldn't work anyway (legal questions aside). The number of times a retail copy is allowed to be installed under the EULA escapes me at the moment. Anyone...?
