So it seems that Apple's methods for setting the monthly Achievement Challenges are broken. I've not had one awarded correctly so far despite beating all the targets. I've posted in other threads, but for example my January Challenge was to average 927 Calories per day - I did this by totalling 33911 Calories but didn't get the badge.

So now my February Challenge is in - I've got to get 33928 Calories, which doesn't seem like much of an increase but it doesn't factor in the 3 less days. So I've got to average an extra 10% per day. And of course there is no guarantee that I'll get the badge if I do complete it given past history.

I can see what Apple are trying to achieve by motivating users with these challenges, but unless they make them achievable (and rewarded!) it is quickly going to lose interest.

My February challenge is 51 minutes/day which is more than 25% up on my December and January ones. I did get both those though, which is something. I hit my October target on the last day and the badge disappeared before it filled in; it then awarded me my November badge instead!

There do seem to be teething problems with these badges; hope things get sorted soon because they’re a really good idea.

And one day into the challenge, I've reportedly done 33297 Calories of my 33298. Why can't Apple get this right - it shouldn't be that hard to manage a monthly calculation...

There are a lot of people reporting that they got the achievement already today. One guy reports the app is showing he put in 15 hrs of exercise today.

I guess I'm not getting a personal challenge this month. It's 3:22 AM and I still don't have one.

It took a few days for my challenge to appear last month and one month (can’t remember which) it changed after a few hours to something quite different. Give it time, your challenge may be along in a day or two.

I got it a short time ago. My watch just informed me that I got in 229.6 miles in January so that is my February challenge.

The response from Apple was to install a HealthKit Logging Profile. Only problem is that the watch wouldn't install it, so the next response was to reset my watch. Did that, and now I've lost the 5 hours stand and 130 Calories that I'd already accrued today with no chance of making those hours back today, so there goes my Feb Move challenge and my perfect streak.
