Since a week now when I unlock badges on my watch like the perfect week, it unlock fine on my watch, but it didn't show on my phone in the activity app until I completely reboot my phone. It worked just fine before, anyone have this problem or any fix? Other than that, everything work as expected.

A lot of us have been having this issue, including me. My badges have been 2 days behind as well, it’s very frustrating. I’ve called Apple to let them know, but who knows when it’ll be fixed.

Thanks for the reply. Yes its really frustrating because my primary use of my watch is for the activity app. Don't now what's so hard to sync badges with my phone when its unlocking on watch and are worked fine before.

I believe it’s a system thing on their part. It might have something to do with 5.1.1, but the timeline doesn’t quite add up.

I was going to post a similar thread here but then came across this one.

Went for a run and strength training session yesterday without the phone. My watch tracked the activities but it is not syncing with the phone. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Restart did not do it for me. It completely removed the greyed out achievement badge. Maybe Apple likes you more;)

Well, with all the money I've spent on Apple gear in the last couple months, that's probably true! ;)

I also had the grey-out yesterday, which disappeared today just like yours. But on restart less than an hour ago, the badge appeared.

I would try another restart again in a while if the badge doesn't show up soon. The servers for this may be backlogged or something.

I didn't knew about the veteran challenge it didn't appear for me... what was the goal for this special challenge?

If you want to be notified about these kinds of challenges, go to the Watch app on your phone, Notifications, Activity, and turn on the Special Challenges feature.

My wife was not notified of this challenge either. We checked the settings in the Watch app and all was good there (I think Special Challenges is on by default). My only guess is she isn't up to date on software, so it didn't show up for her. She hasn't updated to 12.1 or 5.1.1 yet. If that's not it, I don't know why else it wouldn't have shown up. I guess we'll wait and see what happens next week. That is, if Apple follows tradition and issues another Thanksgiving Day Challenge.

This problem really piss me off. Its still not fixed and my perfect month achievement still not show even after reboot of both my phone and watch.

Apple really need to fix those things. Its a big part why I bought a watch and since the beginning it always had bugs. The minute one is fixed, another one came in...
