Action button - use to turn on/off Alway On ?

How can I program the Ultra Action Button to turn on/off watch Display Alway On ?

I don't have an Ultra, but:

1) On the phone, create a shortcut to toggle Always On on the watch.
2) Ensure the shortcut is visible on the Watch.
3) Set the action button to trigger the shortcut you created above.


I cannot replicate the final step but the first 2 are pretty easy.
