I am stuck at the "Activate iPhone" screen and don't have Apple ID and Password and can't retrieve that too. I have seen all the possible ways clearly not working for me from the google and want yours kind help. Is there any way to get out of this.
    I have iPhone 5 running iOS 7.1.2

Note: This iPhone belonged to my real uncle who passed away, just in case if anyone doubts it to be illegal.

Your real uncle that passed away:rolleyes:
    Yeah, tell us another one.
There's no way to bypass the activation lock. Its there as a security feature for lost and stolen iphones. You have a useless device and can only use it for parts.
    Have a nice day:D

Yeah, you're out of luck. That phone is about as useful as a brick.

If you have your uncles original receipt and death certificate apple may be willing to help you out. You certainly have nothing to lose by trying.

Take your uncle's death certificate to an Apple store and they will process it for you.

Although the fact that you had to point out "real uncle" tells me you've nicked someone's phone. In which case you should turn yourself and the phone into the police.
