Troubleshooting question. I purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro on a new line on my Verizon account through the Apple Store. Picked up the iPhone at the Apple Store yesterday and this morning when I try to activate the phone, after the screen that shows the new number, which I verified on my Apple Store receipt, it asks for my Verizon pin. After I enter the account pin I get an error that says it can't verify the information and to check my Verizon number and try again. I chatted with Verizon support but even with all relevant information from the phone and 5G sim that came with the iPhone, I'm still stuck on that activation error. Anyone here ever experience this? If it doesn't resolve I'll have to take it to a corporate store for help, or back to the Apple Store. Thanks for taking the time to read.
