Hey guys, I recently upgraded to the iPhone 5 using a family member's upgrade, so when the iPhone was delivered to me, the nano sim was pre set to be activated under that persons number. I accidentally activated it under the number I did not want.. following a rep's crappy advice. So they sent me a new Nano Sim card under my number, how do I activate it? do I just put it in the iphone 5 and go through the activation process? or through itunes?

Thanks

Activation is done via your carrier, so contact them. In the UK they require the sm numbers on the back of the card so make a note of these digits prior to contacting them...Doing it over the phone will ensure they don't screw up again. CS on carriers is truly C***
