Activation error - iPhone 4 after update to 7.1.2

Hi guys, i have updated my iPhone to version 7.1.2 and after update, i cant activate it trough iTunes - i am getting error 0xE8000004 (yep i have googled a lot about it) . I tried a couple of tutorials to solve this, also tried to do whole update again on another PC and iTunes version but i have made no progress at all. Can you advice something that worked for you ? And yes i have googled a lot about this, i am creating new thread because i am starting to be desperate about this. Thanks for every idea.

Same here. I have an old iPhone 4 that is just impossible to activate I don't know why I have the same error and this same phone worked perfectly before I restore it.
