Anyone else having issues during the activation phase when installing iOS 5 beta 7?

I downloaded the .dmg file and extracted it to a .ipsw since I'm a windows user and restored to this image. The activation and set up went fine of my iPod Touch this morning, but I've just tried my 3GS and I get the "We're unable to complete your activation" message after choosing a wifi network. I have registered both devices in the developer portal and I have triple checked the UDID's and they are both correct (I copied and pasted them anyway so they couldn't have been wrong).

Any chance the activation server is down again or something? Just wondering if it's worth keeping on trying every few mins, or if it's some other problem I'll probably just restore back to 4.3.3.

Tried putting the iPhone in DFU-Mode, restore to beta 7 and set it up as new?
