Activation Lock ?

Where can i find the Activation lock settings? I am with OS2 b4.

What settings are you looking for? Basically it is always activation locked on WatchOS 2.

There is no setting on either the watch or the watch app on the iPhone for this. To enable/disable activation lock you need to either set up find my iPhone or disable it on your iPhone as this controls the activation lock for both your iPhone and watch.
