Activation

Setting up new iPhone X on ATT and have been sitting on the activation screen for 10+ minutes now. Is this normal?

Maybe AT&T's activation servers are backed up with new users? Even then 10 minute seems odd.

Probably, wondering if I should just turn it off and pop in my 6s sim, of course of the activation process is halfway completed it could be deactivated.
