General Activator - Activate Notification Center via Gesture

Seems that the "Activate Notification Center" in Activator can't be bound to slide in gestures. On my device (iOS 6.1/iPhone 5), it's not listed as an option when I try to bind it to the slide in gestures, but it is listed if I try to bind it to some other key press. Does everyone have this issue? Is it by design?

Yea I'd like to set it at a one finger slide in gesture as well.
