Sometime in the last month I noticed that the name on my achievements is incorrect; everywhere that I identify myself on my Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch is listed as Rob. However, my activity achievements congratulate someone named Jerry. Now, I’m pretty proud of my achievements as they are why I bought the watch. I wanted to be motivated to get into shape and it’s certainly succeeding in that regard.

Can someone suggest where I can change Jerry to Rob. My name is correctly listed on all my other devices and apps.

Thanks! I hope Jerry appreciates the extra credit!

Hey Jerry is that you? *jk*
Sorry I can't be of any help, other than to ask if you have bought the watch second hand?

    Up a hill
Open Watch App on paired iPhone
    Go to My Watch
    Tap on General
    Tap on About
    Tap on Name
Change Name from Jerry to Rob
    Tap done

    Hope this helps

Thanks for your suggestion. I checked that and that's not what it was. It turns out the problem had to do with the "My Card" function on my iPhone. Some how I switched my ID with a friend of mine. I realized that was the issue when I went to register myself on a webpage in Safari and it was trying to autofill using my friend's name. I looked up the function in the iPhone User Guide.

All I had to do was go to Settings, Contacts, My Info, and select myself in my Contacts list.

My name now correctly shows in all of my achievements.

    Thanks just the same.
