In month view, my activity app is showing some zero data days before today (ie 3 dots rather than no entry). Is anyone else seeing this?

Looking more closely, these days have 2250 resting calories. One day has 2 active calories. The watch was definitely off when I received it. Even if it was on in the box, I don't think it would log anything as it wasn't synced with my phone.

    Strange!

Maybe it's talking to health from your phone? Though I would think there would be more.

I have three dots of data for yesterday.

It can't be pulling from the iPhone as it would show more days.

Thanks for responding, and that's interesting. If you go into the details, is it all resting calorie data? Mine seems to coincide with what I would expect was after production and again after shipping. But the watch was off and un-synced.

    Activity App Records before today

I'm baffled, the activity app has records for the 11th, 12th and 23rd April any idea why? Also does anyone know how to delete these?

    Cheers

I saw a heart rate check in my Heath app from the watch on the 17th. Weird!

Maybe they're manually testing a portion of watches coming off the line for fit/quality/function and while testing the watch happened to do one of its 10 minute HR reads from whoever was checking it?

I do as well. 12th, 13th, 23rd. Thinking about either deleting it or keeping it for the novelty...

I've got some too. I'm assuming it was when they QC'd the watches before shipping?

I thought this too. But I was told that when you sync with a new phone it should only pull new data, even if it was synced before.

Also strange that mine had data for the two days before launch. I would have imagined it was in a box in a store room by then!

I have 2 days last week and yesterday. It's odd. If it was pulling data from my phone, it would have more than that.

Do you have Activity app data showing up before the 24th?

Looks like my watch was turned on several days before launch day and interestingly the eve of launch day too. Perhaps that was a final QC check?

    Show your pre-launch Activity activity.

I also have it but different days. One of the days even says 2/0 calories burned.

Lol. That must be the ghost of Steve Jobs blessing your watch.

Thats kind of odd. Mine is showing similar dots for yesterday, but I got my tracking number several days ago and I'm quite certain that my watch was off and sitting in a box all day yesterday.

What if those initial activity dates are dates of manufacturing/Watch OS install? And final QC the eve before launch? Would be interesting if a correlation could be made.

    Yep, I have April 11, 12, and 23.

2cals on April 12, none on any of the others. Weird stuff!
