Activity App - show distance in Km

The activity results show the distance in Miles. Do anybody know how to get that to show Kilometres?

I have the same question, and using Force touch doesn't work, it only let's me change my goal. It works in the Workout app, but not in the activity one!
I can't find where to change it anywhere.
