Last month there were a few days of Activity that didn't sync and others synced. Since my phone was acting strange and sluggish (and because of this problem), I decided to restore it, 3 days ago. After restoring from backup both the phone and the Watch, the Watch doesn't sync anything Activity/Health related with the phone. Meanwhile I've set up the Watch as new and still nothing. Any suggestions?

If you paired your watch to your phone and it is showing up as paired it should be recording all of your activity in the Activity app.

I assume you have rebooted your iPhone as you said it was acting sluggish. Is your iPhone still sluggish? Did your watch work with your phone before? Did you install a new app just prior to this happening?

If you have rebooted both and re-paired your watch and it still does not work, it is time to go and see Apple.

I would unpair and repair the watch. Something could have become corrupt in the restoring and repairing process. Also, make sure your watch is not in Airplane mode and BT is always turned on on the phone. Either of those off will prevent syncing.

Yes, I rebooted my phone and Watch several times. The phone stopped being sluggish after I restored it from last backup. Things worked intermittently for the last month: some days have activity recorded, others don't. Now it simply doesn't record any activity at all, I can only see it on the Watch. I didn't install any new app recently.

I'm from Portugal... There's no "time to go and see Apple" here LOL, I even had to buy my Watch from abroad... but thanks for the suggestion.

I've repaired the Watch 3 times, 2 times from backup and one time as a new Watch...

I guess I'll have to go ahead and try to restore my phone as new, this is going to be a long night...

Set everything as new. Just paired the Watch and the Activity is syncing. Not the best solution, but it works. Now time to install all the apps and put everything as it was... At least iCloud is a huge help.
