Activity Monitor ( # threads section)

    What does a (# threads) to be considered in Activity monitor? :confused: :confused:

    The pic is is from AM in # threads section.. tried to find an answer on .. but no luck there..

    Did a search on here but all the threads that showed didn't answer my question..

    A thread is a 'flow of execution' in a program. If a program has more than one thread, it's usually used either to take advantage of multiple processors or to allow long running background tasks to not block the rest of the program.
