    It shows the CPU and RAM usage of your mac and what apps are using it :) You don't need to worry about it unless your experiencing problems :)

    I'm not experiencing any problems but I like to understand the graph part more. I'm sorry to sound really oxymoron or stupid about this.

    CPU shows you how hard your computer is working in percent % out of 100.

    The circle graph at the bottom shows what your computer memory is doing.
