The CPU History display window shows activity by displaying red and green dots in a histogram format. Can anyone tell me what the colors mean?

Red is for OS workload, green is user usage. No dots, CPU(s) are in idle.

Thanks for the info. Where does one gather this kind of information? Not, it seems, readily apparent within the OS.
