Since I restored my iPhone 8 yesterday, the activity isn’t syncing to my phone. Everything else seems to be working with the watch.

Any ideas on how to go about?

Running iOS 13.1 and WatchOS 6 last beta on Apple Watch ser 2.

I have restarted both units.

Same problem here. iOS 13 and watchOS 6 official releases.
I need to restore my iPhone XR from backup and now I have exactly same issue.

Same exact thing here. Upgraded from XS Max to 11 Pro Max and my S4 Watch migrated over and was working/syncing fine on the new device. (I’m on latest 13.1 public beta.) Today, I had to restore my 11 Pro Max from backup due to iCloud photo sync issues, and during that process the watch did a reboot/re-sync process and now it appears to be paired to my newly-restored phone, and is working normally in almost every way including battery levels in the NC widget, but is just not syncing activity/health/workout data to my phone. I think this has something to do with the watch needing to have health data access allowed, but not being able to. I really hope this fixes itself very soon, or in the 13.1 GM or..

When I had sync problems, they seemed to disappear after I removed location access to weather. That was before Watchos 6 and ios 13.

I had the same issues. I’ve got an incident logged with Apple over it. However, the next day after i setup the AW5, everything started working at modnight

It wasn’t recording stands, steps, move or anything on the watch or the activities app. However. When I looked in the health app it was. I even manually added 1000 steps but they didn’t appear either.

So i’ve lost my stand streak now but that’s it

Great! Let’s hope the same happens to me. Or the new beta solves it.

I keep checking, restarting things, force closing apps, toggling weather location services.. nothing much yet.

I noticed something though. On my friend’s phone, under activity sharing, they can see my progress since the issue began, even for today - while my own app shows nothing.

That’s something. My wife couldn’t see any progress against my name

I just checked with my friend as well, they see my stats. I guess that’s something... 🙈🥴

Un-paired and paired it again - now it works! However no historical data for the period where the watch didn’t make any new records. :( Still visibly for friends I share with, though.

Good to know. Wish I’d just done this immediately. Maybe I’ll just do it now, I don’t wanna keep waiting days/weeks hoping for a bug fix update...
