Apps Activity Ring stuck won’t move

Not sure if this is right place to post but here I go. This is the 1st time this has happens I rode exercise bike for 21 minutes the activity ring recognized this by saying 21/30 mins then I walked on treadmill for 15 mins still says 21/30 then went home and walked outside for 10 mins still says 21/30 instead of activity ring closing 46/30 should say like 46 mins but stuck on 21. Did watch reset and phone reset still says 21. But when I go into watch activity you see where it Recognize that I did three different activities but only the rings gave me credit for cyco one.

Are you sure you’re getting your heart rate up during these exercises? The Exercise ring won’t move, even during a workout, if you don’t get your heart rate high enough.

Well maybe that’s it I usually run a mile or mile and 1/2 on treadmill then I walk 10 mins and maybe because my HR is still up from running it registers when I tap on walking inside Today I was on bike then casually walked on treadmill which I’ve never done before so my HR wasn’t as high as usual. Thanks.
