Activity rings not showing for one person

All my other friends are showing except one, she claims she can't see mine and I can't see here activity.

Neither of us have each other muted.

any ideas?

Mine has done this a couple of times randomly with different people. Only way we were able to fix it was to remove them from sharing and re-add them.
