Activity rings on phone disappeared

i just went to the app to check my rings for the last few days and noticed they're ALL empty. Does anyone know what would cause this!

It is possible that you are not moving around enough

I have had this problem multiple times. The solution is to shut down your phone and restart it. All will be well.
