Actualizing my mini server to OSX server

Hello everybody, maybe my question is dumb... but,

I have a mini server running Lion OSX server and I want to actualize it to Mountain Lion... I want to know how to do it... do I have to buy the standard ML and then the OSX server app?... its the first time I have to actualize a server version of OSX...

My pleasure. I actually gave up using Server with ML though because I found it too hard to get mobility accounts to work like they did in Lion and because now I use my mini server to host all our media files instead of also hosting our website, mail, etc.
