on a regular basis in Office: Mac 2008. I'll receive a docx via email from a PC and I can't open the document. I've even dragged it into Office 2004 and unable to open the documents. Frustrating, b/c the document will sometimes attempt to open as a "php" document and it takes several re-clicks on the retry button. Is it only me??? 😱😕
