Ad Block or Ad Block Plus - which one is better for Google Chrome?

Which among these two should Ad Blockers should I install for Chrome? I want max protection from ads, especially the ones that play annoying videos. But I don't want them to be a drag on resources either.

I am using AdBlock. I remember using AdBlock Plus for FireFox when I used FireFox 3 (before it started getting clunky for me) and it worked good too, I wasn't having such great success on Google Chrome though. They both may have 4+ stars, but AdBlock has more reviews than AdBlock Plus, so keep that in mind when choosing either or. That is simply why I picked AdBlock, more reviews showed me a better representation. Although I am sure either would be fine.
